She always acts like I'm the only person there. She treats me like she has no where else to be. And in a world where everyone is in a rush it's nice to feel like I'm being heard and genuinely cared about.

I have been coming here for years. I been seen by someone else that has moved on now. So this is the 1st time I have seen Karen in over 25 years and she is such as sweet and kind as I remembered her being. Plan to continue to see her.
