Dr Clarke even walks me to the exit with every appointment! He is awesome

Dr. Clarke always talks to me about my condition and treatment/treatment options. He explains things in a manner that is easily understandable and is always willing to listen.

Dr. Clarke did not greet or make eye contact when entering the room. When answering his questions, he did not repeat my concerns correctly. He was unable to answer specific questions about my imaging; I had to pull up screenshots of my scan to show him what I was referring to even though he stated he reviewed prior to my appointment. He seemed unprepared/unconcerned. Halfway through my appointment I received my AVS through my health as I was speaking. When asking questions about my condition, Dr. Clarke responded with I don't know, that's a good question but did not offer next steps of who to go to next to help. I left learning more about his personal life then my own medical conditions which was frustrating and disheartening.

I just felt like he didn't want to listen to what I had to say about my medical history and family history. I was also surprised that he didn't order any testing like an MRI of my brain. Or any lab work. I just felt like he wanted to give me medicine and send me on my way. I've worked in the medical field myself for 20 years and was expecting to at least have done an MRI to make me feel at ease.

I have been to many doctors Dr Clark has been one of the very few who has shown ccompassion and care for the pts .he is one of very few people the reason for being in medical care healing and caring for pts !!

Dr. Clarke is one of the best doctors I've ever worked with. He solved my migraine issues when no other physicians could. He listens, he's patient, he's excellent.
