As a physician myself, I know how challenging it can be to provide exceptional care while balancing a busy clinical practice. My experience with Dr. Chang was outstanding from start to finish.He graciously fit me into his schedule on very short notice, and from the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely cared for. He took the time to listen, thoroughly evaluate my knee, explain my options, and made me feel like I was his only patient. His kindness, professionalism, and calm confidence immediately put me at ease.He performed a knee injection during my visit, and the results have been remarkable-I honestly feel like a kid again. The pain relief has made such a difference in my daily life, and I'm incredibly grateful.As physicians, we spend so much of our careers caring for others that it's easy to forget what it's like to be the patient. Receiving this level of compassionate, expert care was a wonderful reminder of what great medicine looks like. It is truly a privilege to have access to world-class orthopedic care, especially from someone who is not only an outstanding surgeon but also a genuinely kind and thoughtful physician.I would recommend Dr. Chang highly to all my loved ones. Excellent experience with everyone involved in my care! The doctor and his assistant both listened to me attentively and answered my questions thoughtfully; at no point did I feel like anyone was anxious to move along to the next patient, which is something I have definitely experienced with other providers.
