So your parking and signage is a MESS! It took me 25 minutes to get from parking to the doctor's office so I was 10 minutes late. But I think I waited almost 30 minutes for when the nice assistant took my vitals and the doctor showed up. I'm so grateful for Dr. Byrd's care and know how in demand he is and how much good time he spends with his patients, but it would have been nice if someone said he'll be a little late. I didn't mind waiting but would have been nice to have been informed.

My only issue is that he sometimes doesn't give you enough time to answer his question before he asks the next question or proceeds with a comment. However it is clear that he cares about the answers you do give him.

I had no concerns or worries.

Dr Byrd has been my cardiologist since 1988. He is a very knowledgeable, caring physician and human being. I love him and owe him my life in some respects. Don't ever let him retire!

Dr. Byrd is amazing! He saved my life and gave me opportunities that no other could! I have full confidence in his ability, am grateful for his expertise, and always excited to see him each visit. A fine physician and gentleman!

This was a consult so he was not in a position to give me the information I was asking for. He said he would check on some testing and with other providers who would be the providers I would be needing, and would get back to me with his recommendations. He called me on a Saturday morning the start of his vacation to give me his recommendations of what my treatment plan should look like. It was comprehensive and helpful
