I have been exceptionally impressed with the quality of care I have received from Dr Bryan. He is exceptionally knowledgeable, stays current with the medical literature and advances in treatment, and consistently provides thoughtful, evidence-based recommendations. He does an excellent job of clearly explaining the risks, benefits, and alternatives while also providing a professional, well-reasoned opinion. At the same time, he genuinely engages me in shared decision-making and values my priorities, experiences, and perspective.He is thorough, thoughtful, respectful, and professional, and he is exceptionally good at answering questions. I particularly appreciate his ability to provide both the big-picture perspective and the appropriate level of detail when discussing my care. I have a high degree of confidence in his expertise and judgment.I also greatly value the ability to use telehealth for these visits. It provides significant convenience and accessibility while still allowing for a high-quality, substantive discussion with a specialist. For ongoing rheumatologic care, telehealth has been an excellent complement to in-person care and makes it much easier to maintain continuity with a physician I trust.

Dr. Byram, as a member of my care team, has been phenomenal in his efforts to find cures for the symptoms I suffer with a very rare disease, VEXAS. I can't say enough about the continual efforts he has made to find the answer. With my other care team members he has accomplished it and I am eternally grateful. I was diagnosed with VEXAS at Cleveland Clinic and referred to Dr. Byram by the head of Rheumatology. What a blessing that was.
