Karen Brown is excellent. She took a lot of time to discuss how I have been feeling since my last appointment. She listens to any concerns I have and is interested in my thoughts, what she sees ahead for me and how to contact her if I see any changes in my condition.

Karen Brown was very straightforward about presenting the stroke dangers of removing the MENINGIOMA as positioned with drains. She had 4 different MRI pictures showing the unchanged growth over 4 years. She was effective in explaining the circumstances in which they might have to try removing it if it would improve my quality of life.I took my list of 10 providers outside Vanderbilt. Karen has made a few phone calls to help me coordinate my care. Her shiny personality helps you know she is interested in helping with your care. It is particularly comforting to have help when the patient is trying to juggle 10 different outside providers.

Ms. Brown has always showed me kindness and shared her immense knowledge with me & I appreciate her.

Ms. Brown is professional and friendly. She is exemplary. My son, who accompanies me, and I both feel like I am her only patient when we are there. Not rushed or ignored. We wish all medically trained individuals were like this.

The primary care providers all provided excellent results. My outcome and discomfort control were as good as I could expect.
