She listened! She answered my questions, I learned new things about my condition, she summarized my concerns to make sure she understood them, she wrote down instructions for new pen. This last thing was very important to me as I don't always remember what I was told. She demonstrated how to use the new pen.

I like Jennifer Bradley very much. She is very helpful in all aspects of my health care.
