Initially they thought he was there for a recent issue not the thing that we had scheduled two months in advance to be seen for which was still a present condition. The doctor did not even look at his mouth (area of concern) or touch or examine him a single time. Upon review of clinical notes there was ample treatment options and none of which was offered or discussed. Extremely frustrating to see a provider who did not even examine the child but rather based her diagnosis on a photo sent to the portal a month before. Will not return and will seek another referral.

Fantastic experience with Dr Bibbs! She was very thorough and spoke directly to my 14 year old daughter. She consistently gave her clear instructions of how to attend to her skin. Incredible appointment. Every step of the way was positive. There's nothing I would've changed about today appointment.
