Routine exam with no problems but the doctor was very nice and patient

After my visit with this doctor, I no longer plan to receive care from Vanderbilt. He didn't seem to care about my needs and made me feel stupid about wanting a Pap smear and about my perimenopause symptoms.

He is very kind and has a great bedside manner. He had written some notes on a notecard on me, which showed me that he was actually studying my chart in advance. He listed to all of my concerns and took action on them. Doctors like Dr. Beyer are a dying breed unfortunately. I hope these residents are modeling his behavior.

Dr. Beyer is wonderful! I appreciate his straightforward and honest approach along with his sense of humor, and he really takes the time to listen to his patients and go through all concerns.
