This was, by far, the worst experience I've had at Vanderbilt. The doctor seemed disinterested from the beginning of the interaction. He lacked empathy for the side effects I was experiencing and didnt seem to want to put in the work to find a better alternative. He didn't even order lab work to confirm my levels are where they need to be. At the end of the short appointment he informed me that he wanted my yearly appointment to be handled by a PA so he could make room for new patients. This interaction compared to my old doctor who retired, Dr Singh, was like night and day. I have been coming to Vanderbilt for years and was left yesterday wondering if this was the place for me. I left thinking I could have gotten more help from a local walk in clinic, which is not reassuring.

He was on time for the appointment. Very nice, sincere. Explained all the answers to my questions.

He is knowledgeable and thorough. He knows his stuff and I will always use his services

All good with Dr. Bandy as always.

Dr. Bandy allowed me to ask questions. He spent time with me that was heartfelt and meaningful. He educated me on my health condition.
