Many gyms and community centers in Nashville are resuming operations. The Vanderbilt Dayani Center is a medical fitness facility where those with high levels of medical complexities and illnesses come for services. Therefore, we will not be able to safely reopen membership services at this time.

The Vanderbilt Dayani Center for Health and Wellness is a medical fitness facility for adults recovering from or managing medical conditions. We help patients facing medical challenges such as heart and lung disease, movement disorders, chronic pain, cancer and obesity.

Our specialists include doctors, physical therapists, exercise physiologists, nurses, respiratory therapists and a health psychologist. Our services include supervised exercise, aquatic programs, nutrition and other physical rehabilitation programs.

You must have a referral from your doctor for physical therapy and cardiac, pulmonary and cancer rehabilitation programs. Memberships to our medical fitness facility are available without a doctor’s referral for those who have health conditions or certain risk factors.

As a member, you have access to a variety of classes. View our current schedules.
