Grounded in the six pillars of whole-person health: nutrition, physical activity, stress management, restorative sleep, social connection and avoidance of risky substance. This flexible, evidence-based program engages employees in meaningful ways to improve health outcomes and productivity. Delivered by Vanderbilt Health nurses and subject matter experts, we offer everything from annual biometric screenings and vaccinations to health coaching, education and counseling — all tailored to your organization’s unique needs and integrated with your existing benefits.

Features and Benefits
Our team of nurses and other health care professionals provides a range of services, including:
- Biometric screenings
Comprehensive in-person and remote screenings measuring key health indicators, including body mass index (BMI), blood pressure, cholesterol, glucose, lipids and triglycerides. Our clinical team travels across state lines to serve multiple employer locations, while Bluetooth-enabled in-home testing kits allow us to reach employees in all 50 states.- Optional add-ons: bone density, prostate-specific antigen (PSA) blood test and other specialized tests
- Personalized health reports for employees
- Aggregated data insights for employers to identify population health trends
- Vaccinations and immunizations
Onsite or mobile vaccination events supporting preventive care for illnesses, including flu; COVID-19; Hepatitis A & B, measles, mumps, rubella (MMR); pneumonia; respiratory syncytial virus (RSV); shingles; tuberculosis; and tetanus, diphtheria, pertussis (TDAP). - Educational Sessions
Expert-led sessions that educate and inspire behavior change across the six pillars of Lifestyle Medicine — addressing nutrition, physical activity, mental well-being and more. - Health Coaching and Counseling
Our nurses are certified health coaches who provide one-on-one or group coaching. Coaching plans focus on specific risk factors identified through screenings and support sustainable lifestyle change. - Group Classes
Engaging workshops and hands-on training, including First Aid/CPR, Mental Health First Aid, Mindfulness and Naloxone (opioid overdose response) - Nicotine Treatment Program
A structured, evidence-based six-week program that helps employees quit nicotine use and sustain long-term success. Virtual and group support, plus one-year follow-up for continued success.
