Dayani Center Membership Information

How to Become a Member

To join the Dayani Center, you must be 55 or older and have at least one of these conditions:

  • Cancer
  • Cardiovascular disease
  • Chronic fatigue
  • Chronic pain
  • Dyslipidemia (LDL at 130 or higher, HDL at 40 or lower, or triglycerides at 150 or higher) or currently prescribed lipid-lowering medication
  • Family history of heart disease (heart attack, coronary revascularization or sudden death of a first-degree male relative younger than age 55 or female younger than 65)
  • Fibromyalgia
  • ​High blood pressure (systolic blood pressure at 135 or higher, or diastolic blood pressure at 85 or higher) or currently prescribed hypertension medication
  • Metabolic disease
  • Neurological conditions
  • Obesity (BMI of 30 or higher)
  • Organ transplant
  • Osteoarthritis in multiple joints
  • Polymyalgia
  • Pulmonary disease
  • Rheumatoid arthritis

Or, you must be a current smoker or have quit smoking in the past six months. Or, you must have another condition for which you need a warm-water therapy pool to exercise safely and comfortably.

If you meet these criteria, call (615) 322-4751 to schedule a new-member orientation. At that time, we may review your health history, conduct a fitness assessment and show you how to use our fitness equipment. You'll review our membership agreement, exercise floor policy and pool policy.

Rates

Membership includes full access to equipment, classes, the pool and other retail services. Dayani members also get a free parking pass.

Memberships are billed monthly and automatically renew every 12 months.

  • Individual: $69.17/month
  • Family*: $108.42/month
  • Senior (65+): $60.92/month
  • Senior (65+) and family*: $92.92/month

*Family memberships are limited to three people per household. At least one family member must meet medical criteria. Members must be 18 years or older.

To cancel your membership, print and complete the cancellation form. Submit it in person or by mail or fax. Please allow 30 days’ notice. You will be billed for the 30-day notice period.

Class Passes

Instead of full membership, people who meet the medical criteria above may purchase a class pass. Passes cost $41 and are good for any four group classes over 30 days.

Personal Training

Nationally certified trainers are available for personal training by appointment. Training may include land-based and aquatic exercises. Each one-hour session is $77.
