She was so involved in what I had to say that I started feeling like I was taking up too much time. She made me feel at ease about discussing my problems.

Wow! I have met many outstanding members of the Vanderbilt system. Heather is a top shelf talent with a good grasp of my health concerns, especially for a first visit as I was seeking a new GP since moving to middle TN. The fact she had a well rounded knowledge of the things that I am facing was amazing. She is an excellent listener and even better communicator.

This visit has genuinely eased my anxiety tenfold from what I was expecting. Each employee had a smile, was willing to answer any questions I had whether pertaining to my condition or just general questions. The front desk team: lovely and kind, triage nurse: super sweet and friendly, my APRN was just as nice and informing as everyone else, spoke with utmost kindness and wanted to make sure I understood everything presented to me and the options I had available to move forward. The phlebotomist was phenomenal at her job, I didn't even know I got poked just by the casual conversation flowing so well, I am genuinely shocked and have never had a better doctors office visit. If any of you (the staff) can see this, I appreciate yall for the moon and back :), thank yall for being so welcoming and kind!!

I am fortunate to have such awsome medical people looking after me I am always a little nervous going to new doctors appointments I am older and I get attached to my medical people they know things about you a lot of people don't know about your staff made me feel like family I appreciate that you have quality people working for you I feel lucky to be one of your patients I may not always be the best behaved patient but it will never be because your health personnel isn't doing their job

Heather is a delight and a wonderful addition to the practice.
