First time I met and very positive experience

U formed her that I wasn't sleeping well. That I had tried melatonin, no screen time at least an hour before, tried Benadryl, had a white noise machine, etc. I fall asleep quickly but wake up 3-4 hours later and continue waking up every hour after that. She recommended a meditation app.

She let me know clearly that my issues were very important to her.
