Typed notes during visit. Did not tell me she was prescribing a different vaginal cream. Did not know until pharmacy called. Nurse called after the fact to tell me she wanted something different. My insurance doesn't pay for name brand.

I couldn't believe that I needed a different appointment to ask questions about menopause. I was given the choice to either get a Pap smear done or talk about menopause. This was very different. Every time I went to my doctor for a well woman exam, my previous doctor took the time to answer questions or address any concerns.

Valentine told me she had 10 min to do my exam, that I wasn't a candidate for hormones. She was rushed and unprofessional. I will NOT be seeing her ever again.

This was my first time seeing Dr. Valentine. She Is very very thorough. Almost too thorough. She spent so much time talking about family history and medications, we didn't have time to do the actual annual exam. I now have to come back for a second appointment to get that done. I don't think that should have to happen. This is going to cost me more time not to mention more money. In addition, I have a seizure disorder, I can't drive myself which means I have to find transportation. The time slots should be longer or she should have sped things up a bit. I'm not at all happy.

It was very brief at the end I was lying awkwardly on the table and I was not catching everything she said. I could've used some help sitting up.

Dr. Valentine was amazing. This was my first appointment with her to establish care. Also, I've been dealing with perimenopause symptoms and prayed that a new GYN doctor would really listen to me and provide options for me to manage symptoms. She not only listened to me but acknowledged my concerns and offered realistic solutions. I'm so thankful to have Dr. Valentine as my new GYN doctor. She's truly a compassionate provider.
