Dr Valentine was very informative and answered all of my questions.

In my particular case, I wish I would have known more about the after portion of IUD installment. I wasn't aware of several pretty significant side affects and learning curves as well as effectiveness timelines. However, I really like Dr. Valentine. She is super kind and caring and explains things clearly when asked questions.

I am experiencing breathing/anxiety issues that I think are hormone related and she could have cared less. I had some recent blood work done and she refused to even glance at them. I wonder why she chose to be a doctor if she doesn't want to help? I will be finding a new practice after this experience. My situation has me in such despair and her answer was schedule another appt to discuss a hormone panel in a robotic tone and find a primary. She left the room and I just started crying - left me feeling pretty hopeless of where to go.

Dr. Valentine is the best doctor I've ever had for many reasons. She is brings care and humanity into the clinic with her patient listening, understandable explanations, and genuine nature. She is a wonderful care provider and I trust her with my healthcare.She shows respect for consent, believes what you say is how you feel, and never disregards or diminishes me when I ask questions.
