As soon as I told the provider that I was not interested in starting any new medications at the time of my visit I felt like she stopped listening to me and lost all interest in helping me. Even when one of my lab results came back high, I did not receive a phone call or message to explain to me what was going on.

She made me choose between asking her a couple questions about menopause and having my annual wellness visit. She timed the appointment I was very aware of the time. Worst appointment I've ever had. I chose to ask questions about menopause and I had to reschedule another appointment to come back for my wellness visit. I've never had this experience at this doctor's office. I've been going there for 10 years. I'm usually in and out, but I've never been able to not ask a couple questions during my time. I understand you have to get patients in and out but to actually tell a patient they have 10 minutes was awful. I actually left crying. I was so upset about this.

Excellent care from the doctor

First time I'd seen this doctor. She was excellent and very nice.

Dr Valentine was amazing. He listen with intent and provided necessary explanations of the care plan.

Typed notes during visit. Did not tell me she was prescribing a different vaginal cream. Did not know until pharmacy called. Nurse called after the fact to tell me she wanted something different. My insurance doesn't pay for name brand.

I couldn't believe that I needed a different appointment to ask questions about menopause. I was given the choice to either get a Pap smear done or talk about menopause. This was very different. Every time I went to my doctor for a well woman exam, my previous doctor took the time to answer questions or address any concerns.

Valentine told me she had 10 min to do my exam, that I wasn't a candidate for hormones. She was rushed and unprofessional. I will NOT be seeing her ever again.
