Dr. Tolle is excellent at listening and asking questions. During this last appointment, he recommended I start on a new prescription and he took the time to explain the potential benefits and risks - even how this new drug works. He does not rush through the appointment. He asks followup questions and always tries to answer my questions and concerns. He spends the time to tell me the 'why' behind the procedures and medications he recommends, not just instructions.
