Great experience, I feel like I'm heard and understood during my visit

Dr. Thigpen has exceptional bedside manner and listened to my specific questions and concerns. He gave thoughtful recommendations based on what I shared and I would highly recommend him as a provider.

Just felt like the doc looked at his computer more than interacting with me as the pt. I understand there is charting and things to do but just felt like he was just going through the motions of the questions and what needed to be filled out on his end. Nice but just not great bedside manner. Not upset because I work in the field but may be discouraging to other patients who do not feel as comfortable in those settings.

I wasn't given a chance to ask questions. It felt very rushed and uncoordinated.

Dr thigpen is wonderful. Puts you at ease and answers all my questions and gave me confidence on my care plan and moving forward

The doctor did not rush. He made the entire experience very comfortable and explained everything that he was doing at every moment, it was very pleasant experience.

He Was knowledgeable, Interested in my concerns, provide useful information with kindness and Warmth

The midwife was wonderful. She really listened when I was talking and was calm and kind
