Dr. Swisher became very aggravated with me and raised his voice with me when I had some questions and then pushed back. Considering I'm 40 and all the sudden wheelchair bound, can't feel my right leg, and being told no one can help me although the hardware in my back is broken and recalled, I had questions and became emotional. When I questioned the different answers (hardware is broken, hardware is not broken, fusion was successful, fusion not successful, bulging disc, no bulging disc, etc) he became agitated and raised his voice rather than understanding the situation is scary. Ive been in the hospital for a month with different answers and honestly was just looking for a spine doctor with empathy who would listen to my concerns and we could work together to create a plan of treatment. Unfortunately this is not what k found today.

Jeff spent significant time answering questions for us and guiding our next phase of healing.

I was very impressed with the quality and amount of time that was spent with explanation of exam and xrays. And then with the process of dealing with the getting better and healing of the issues..

Received a great explanation about my condition and many possible solutions to ease my back pain. Saw great graphics of my various X-rays and discussed previous findings that may impact me in the future. Very pleased with the visit!

First time ti interact with Jeff Swisher. I came away impressed. Had a good grasp of my situation, listened to me throughout process.

Was a waste of time. He listen and you could tell he couldn't help me by his questions and didn't seem to care. I believe he is a good person but I was looking for a good doctor and he wasn't. I never got a response from him after I left with a summary of our meeting. I like to have a summary of my visit when I get home to review what had happened in our visit. Maybe I miss understood something that he had said but nothing!

Swisher is an excellent provider. He is attentive, listens to your concerns and offers a clear path to addressing your needs.
