This was my first telehealth visit, and I had an excellent experience.

The doctors and the nurses were very good and giving me my way they took care of me and everything they were really good. I can't say anything bad about the nurses or the doctors.

Dr Swisher really listened and this is the first time in a long time I felt heard and hopeful that something can be done.

Jeffrey Swisher was one of the most impressive care providers that I've ever met. He was personable, thorough, explained my case referring to actual MRI films, and followed up with his assessment which led to a referral to PM&R for non-surgical treatment options. I left feeling so much better about my pain knowing I had a plan to resolve it! He was exponentially more communicative than even the surgeon who did my fusion (not Vandy doc). I would recommend him emphatically!!!
