Dr. Sobel gave me handouts that showed sketches of the tear ducts and drew additional images of the stint. She explained the procedure to be used to restore flow from my eyes through the tear ducts. Her handouts explicitly described the preparations for surgery and care after surgery.

Dr Sobel was excellent. She answered all questions and concerns. She explained and described the issue of my child's eye so that I could understand it. She offered a time to schedule surgery when he was out of school so that he would not miss time. I am very happy and confident that she will do a great job and care for my child.
