Most would say I've got a complex medical & surgical history. Multiple surgeries, multiple procedures & so forth. I feel comfortable that CNP Smith will offer good advice.

I chose Ms. Kennedy as my PCP after my former PCP retired after 30 years. I am so pleased to have her to replace an excellent PCP. I feel fortunate to have such an excellent transition.
