Evan Smith was excellent as always. He listened to my health complaints and takes the time to completely discuss my concerns and I never feel rushed to complete the visit. His nurse was also pleasant.

Evan is awesome. He explains options to improve my health. He is easy to talk to. He ask do you have any questions for me then listens to my questions or concerns. He provides options to satisfy my needs.

Evan Smith is a very caring person. He I includes the patient into the care and listens too the patient when there is concerns.

All the problems I had on my last visit we treated and everything look good. When I went back my cholesterol was normal. I lost weight. My blood pressure was good.

Evan Smith is very knowledgeable and professional. He explains things in a way that is easy to understand. Best PCP I have had.

Dr. Smith has always let me have say in my medical treatments. I have diabetes and a lot of what we are doing is trying to get to the right medications and amounts of medications. I am very comfortable there and also have my daughter going there now.
