Ashley Singleton is a wonderful provider. Always seems interested in how I'm doing and my well-being. As well shows interested in what I'm doing in life and making sure my sobriety is in check.

Experiencing rapid weight gain. I have reported this to staff. I recognize it. All I really got from the PA was you need to lose weight. In Feb. The doctor said you're malnourished. Eat healthy protein. Frustrated
