Nurse Practitioner was in super hurry and her behavior was to wrap up appointment as soon as possible. They didn't do dressing nice way and it just came out in 30 minutes. Was very rude when asking for supplies like cream, which we were told by staff you will get enough for your treatment. They just gave one bottle for treatment of 40%% TBSA burns, while during hospitalization that was not the case. We can't buy all supplies from outside as some of them are only available by Vanderbilt. Jessica and her partner didn't had full history of patient and were not gentle during wound care. Jessica especially had argumentative behavior while asking for questions.

Every-time I either visit the burn clinic, or have a tele health visit I am always treated like I am so much more than. Patient on a roster. This means more to me than I can express!
