Dr. Sheih is amazing. She took as much time as I needed to go over all of the treatment options available to me, explain both the positives and the negatives to each, and fully allowed me to participate in making an informed decision regarding the course of my treatment. I appreciated so much that she offered additional treatment options, particularly over the winter months when it is drier, due to the fact that I produce relatively few tears. She treated both my husband and me with respect, she let us know and that she valued the investigation into treatment options that I have done independently. She made me feel at ease with what treatment plan that we as a team - patient and physician - have chosen going forward. She indicated that should I have any difficulty, we still have options to add to my treatment. I left feeling heard, feeling both confident and comfortable with my treatment going forward. I simply could not have asked for better.

This doctor is one of the very best at Vanderbilt and I have seen and have plenty from Vandy. She is very kind, courtesy, explains things in as much depth as you need, always asked if there are more questions or concerns. She leaves no stone unturned. Excellent care!
