Dr. Shell never seems very personable. The mask makes it more difficult. She seems to be checking off boxes on the questions more than do an examination. For an annual physical. It seemed like it went by very quickly. She does answer questions well and explains when questions are asked.

My care provider was attentive, efficient, concerned ask about my overall heath conditions if I had any questions are concerns. Explained why my medication was being changed. Told me about the changes of blood pressure count.

I love the fact that my doctor listens to me I don't like taking medication so when I have to add a new one I will usually stop taking something else because I don't know if I can mix the medications she is very clear on her Direction and helps me every time I go in

She was very willing to answer any questions and remembered items from prior years visit

I love Dr Shell. I live in Springfield, and saw her when she was there. I followed her to Vanderbilt.
