I felt that my concerns and worries were being heard and ultimately were confirmed. Additional tests were scheduled and information was provided to help better address the issues.

Dr. Shell never seems very personable. The mask makes it more difficult. She seems to be checking off boxes on the questions more than do an examination. For an annual physical. It seemed like it went by very quickly. She does answer questions well and explains when questions are asked.

My care provider was attentive, efficient, concerned ask about my overall heath conditions if I had any questions are concerns. Explained why my medication was being changed. Told me about the changes of blood pressure count.
