Dr. Shell asked more personal questions this time, and I can see that she was trying to connect with me. These types of interactions help me feel more comfortable.

Dr. Shell is always polite and willing to help with any questions or concerns.

Dr. Shell did a thorough exam, and we discussed several of my ongoing issues that I have been seeing specialists for. I also told her about two new issues, and she gave me an OTC recommendation for one and referred me for testing for the other. We were not rushed and it was a very pleasant visit.
