I really enjoyed working with Jennifer.

APRN Rutledge listened to my questions and thoughtfully answered them. She took the time to address my concerns.

My injury happened on the same day & the provider stated it was healed. If the injury just occurred today how is it healed? If it's healed why do I need antibiotics. She gave me a referral which was very unnecessary.

Jennifer is incredibly knowledgeable and incredibly easy to voice questions or concerns to. She responds promptly to new portal messages and she (along with my other care providers, pharmacists, technicians, and of course nurses at Vanderbilt) makes me feel like I have a team of 5-star admirals and their best officers backing me up for the battle with Crohn's.
