Dr Richier listened carefully as I discussed my long & complicated medical history. I did not feel rushed & he listened intently. I greatly appreciated that he did not want to put me through extensive testing that I had had previously with other urology specialists & decided to proceed with the most reasonable & direct course of treatment. He was very pleasant and made me feel comfortable discussing my issue.
