Dr. Ranz is a very kind and pleasant man but he repeated himself so much that I was finding myself feeling a bit frustrated and wanting to interrupt with an acknowledgement of what he was saying just to get him to stop repeating himself. I came to realize that most likely my appointment was late because he likes to talk and was running way behind. My appointment was at 2:45p and I left the office at 5:30p.
