Extraordinary care by NP Jennifer at Franklin Digestive Disease Clinic. She is compassionate and considerate with her patients. She offers good practical advice to help you with your medical problems. Ms Jennifer is intelligent and reasonable in her approach of treatment with me. I appreciate someone that takes the time to listen and help her patients no matter how small the issue might seem.

Care giver kind of justbtold me what I was going to do; there wasnt much discussion about it. She did nit seem sensitive to my choice to limit medicine drug use. On the other hand, she was direct and to the point. She seemed good at thinking outside the box.

As always, she listened , was very helpful, answered all my questions. Made sure I understood all we discussed.Friendly , helped me feel confident about my health.. She is a person I trust completely.

I an in need of a colonoscopy. I got weighed, the NP listened to my heart with a stethoscope, and discussed some concerns I had, as well as my primary MD's concerns. She did not have access to my prior colonoscopy. This process could have been easily done via telehealth or a screening phone call.

The Dr. Was in such a rush and was speaking so fast I barely understand anything.

Didn't or couldn't answer all my questions regarding speech testing. I had to look it up on the internet.
