Haley always listens to my concerns and gives me good honest feedback to everything. I can see why she gets a little behind sometimes because she takes time with her patients to listen and advise which seems rare nowadays. I have never seen her in a bad mood, she is always very pleasant to talk to and never in a rush to get you out.
