The doctor could be heard outside the room conversing with staff. She was openly annoyed that we were there because another doctor didn't explain the X-rays. My child's doctor referred us to this clinic for the in-depth explanation. She also didn't know why we were there since she's already in PT. I am trying to ensure my child is taken care of. Being gaslighted by a medical professional in front of my child with special needs is not okay.
