Lesley was very easy to n understand and treated us with much respect.

Established a great working relationship and was very helpful. Addressed concerns regarding materials I had not received and made appropriate arrangements. Additionally, she assisted me with navigating the portal, locating a video I missed and helped me understand where to retrieve it.
