Seems very professional but could improve bed side manner. Stand offishcould be her personality. Maybe more warm and caring.

Dr Olson was, as always, professional but personable, thorough, helpful, and caring. She recommended a treatment plan that took into account the totality of my health conditions. I also took the opportunity to thank her for recently referring me for a specific and treatment for osteoarthritis in my hands. It has made a huge difference.
