I found my provider to be really excellent. She spent a lot of time with me going over my medical history during this initial intake appointment, as well as addressing current concerns. She validated my concerns, as well as the actions I have currently taken to get in with specialists and providers outside of the Vanderbilt system. I left my appointment feeling confident and well cared-for.

Very happy with the service and attentiveness of Dr Nolen. I am very excited to find a new PCP who listens to my concerns and doesn't make me feel like another patient on her roster and she wasn't hurrying through our appt to see as many patients as possible in a day which I so appreciated.

The actual physical seemed very perfunctory - didn't palpatate the neck or check the ears. I've had a goiter in the past, and that is how it was first identified in a routine physical.
