Dr. Nolan had big shoes to fill when Dr. Atwater transfered to clinics. She was highly recommended by Dr. Atwater, it takes time to build a doctor patient relationship and ours keeps getting better. I'm very glad that I followed Dr. Atwater recommendation!

Dr. Nolen was very nice, but I felt like she did not spend much time with me. I was establishing care with her as a new patient and was being seen for an annual exam. The only exam she performed was listening to my heart and lungs and looking at my ankles. I would expect more from an annual physical. I felt as if I needed to lead the visit and there was very little anticipatory guidance. When discussing sexual health and family planning, she did not ask me about my goals/plans for family planning but rather assumed use of birth control. Because I didn't have any active concerns, the visit was pretty short. As I said she was a nice doctor, but I left feeling a little underwhelmed by the first interaction with a new PCP.

I have missed having a Dr who would listen to me and who would talk to me as a person and work with me. We work together on my health plan and it won't be one sided. She seemed to be very wised and knowledgeable
