She listened and spent plenty of time answering my questions

I didn't feel like she was hearing me out about how the injury had occurred and progressively gotten worse. It felt like she had already come to a conclusion and regardless of what I needed to tell her the verdict wasn't going to change.

I've never had an experience like we did with a doctor today. She was very rude. Did not address my concerns. Will never recommend this doctor

She seemed annoyed that my son and I were there. Didn't seem like she cared at all. Will not be back

The provider was aloof and did not engage with us as other providers did in previous experiences. As a pediatric care provider I expected her to be more personable and caring. She did not demonstrate care in this encounter but more like just doing her job. Oerhaps she just had a bad day..those do happen. But, I walked away seriously consideri g asking for another provider fornthe follow-up visot..

My daughter and husband felt rushed and that the provider did not listen to their concerns nor her pain level. No concern was shared for her status as a competitive athlete and the specific concerns of her injury on her training.
