I love the medical staff and Dr. Montgomery. They take a genuine interest for my wellbeing and spend enough time with me in the appointment to where I feel all my needs and concerns are thoroughly addressed. My only issue is with scheduling and having to make any contact with medical staff through the gatekeeper system. I realize this is a direct result of the population explosion our area has experienced in the past 10 or so years, and that our infrastructures are maxed out and stressed all around. It does, however, end up feeling like a scheduling maze one must navigate and being one of the masses.
