Wow, I was extremely impressed meeting with Lena. She was kind, thorough, and answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. I have previously had bad experiences with GYN appointments in the past but Lena was so impressive and I want her to know how much I appreciate her.

Lena delivered my first baby, and has provided compassionate, competent care for me for the past several years. I trust her, and feel listened to and my concerns are taken seriously.

Care provider seemed to be rushing through my appointment. I had to stop her from leaving before I was done expressing my concerns. As a high-risk patient, I did not feel confident that my well-being was being monitored effectively. This has not been my experience with every CNM I have met with at Vanderbilt.
