Dr. Mattingly always gives information about what he is observing as the conducts the exam. I really appreciate this feature of his manner of interaction with me. We discussed the status of my lens implant as well as the condition of the other eye. We determined my vision had not changed substantially, so I made the decision not to seek a prescription at this time. Dr. Mattingly made sure I understood that I could contact him if I changed my mind or needed his services for another reason. The meeting was succinct without feeling brief.

Dr. Mattingly is very attentive and knowledgeable with respects to all aspects of Ophthalmology, especially for my Glaucoma condition. Since seeing him for the past 4 years, I feel I am receiving the best care. Would recommend him to anyone.
