I found the doctor to be very friendly and courteous. This was a marked improvement from my last visit which had been my first visit. At the first visit, I found her to be almost curt as she talked to me. She seemed to be in a hurry and was far less helpful and concerned than my other doctors at Vandy. Frankly, I was not looking forward to seeing her again. However, this visit was far different and made me feel much more heard and valued.
