We loved Dr. Masternick. She was awesome. She was very thorough and caring. She really took time to listen to the facts regarding the injury and was very knowledgeable. She was able to explain my elderly mother's x-ray and suggested a plan of action for her recovery. At the beginning of the appt, she was repeating everything into her phone taking notes and that was a little distracting for my elderly mother because she didn't understand what she was doing.

Successful visit

Dr. Masternick was very good about explaining possible procedures and care afterward as options for my problems. She and her staff were empathetic and responsive including me in decisions.
