I talked first with the nurse regarding my concerns, and she seemed to clearly understand what I needed. The PA told me something complex different to what I said and I clarified it. Then we continued talking, and she repeated the perception she had, and I literally had to tell her, you are not getting it, and repeat myself about what I said. Very disappointing and disrespectful. Was she really listening?

I'm never rushed and they always listen. Often times we make simple changes because they listen. The best treatment I've ever received! We live in Knoxville and the University of Tennessee Medical Center is great, but there Is something different about Vanderbilt? We always joke that your staff seemed happy to work there. :)

Again I feel she did not believe my complaints even argued that my lack of specific instructions were not valid and even contradictory like ice and heating
