Kristen Maida is by far the BEST health care professional that I have ever had. Every time I meet with her, I feel heard. She listens to what I say, offers suggestions, presents facts, and emphasizes that we are a team to make health decisions together. This has been transformative for me. I have had physician fear for my entire life. More often than not they made me feel ashamed for my weight and it made me avoid taking care of my health. Which only made things worse. She is patient, knowledgeable, thorough, relatable, kind, and I enjoy coming to see her.
