Provider was courteous, thorough, and genuinely concerned about my jaw issues and how to resolve them.

Both attending doctors were warm and professional.

I'm sorry, this wasn't a very good experience. It is what it is, but my belief about this is all about communication. Not Access, schedulers, etc but the main NPs, PAs, MDs. They are to communicate with others, including each other when needed. I have no doubt that Dr. Lin is probably a very very good doctor. She needs to communicate as much as the lower level team. It makes me really sad and a bit angry b/c I am not like this, ever.

Dr. Lin was excellent in listening to my concerns and working with me to come to a good treatment plan together.

I felt the resident did a good job explaining the consent. Dr Lin was not personable at all. She was very short with me when I had questions about my medical issues, follow up and treatment plan. I was very disappointed with the care I received from her.
