They serve very well

Didn't listen to my concerns, even when I tried to clarify and be specific about which things she was getting incorrect. Proposed a treatment plan that didn't address my actual problem. For example, even after I said very clearly that I don't clench my jaw during the day, she kept saying I needed to work to stop clenching my jaw during the day. Didn't make eye contact. Very frustrating visit.

Felt the primary doctor did not listen to my goals or concerns. The doctor consistently request results to a test that I repeatedly informed did not happen. I asked what they thought was happening and was met with no answer but recommendations for significant surgery and follow up medication therapy. I felt very ignored and overall could not trust the recommendations being made.
