My daughter's appointment was at 330 and I had to walk the halls to find someone and ask what the hold up was. The Dr came in around 5. Then told me that if I didn't want to wait, don't schedule an appointment after Noon. An hour and a half wait sitting in the exam room before seeing the Dr is unacceptable. I was also told that the xray he was going off of, that was done at Vandy, was no good and he couldn't really tell me accurate information of my daughter's hip based on this bad xray. The entire experience was ridiculous

Dr was great.

Dr. Lempert was outstanding. He took a lot of time explaining my daughter's situation and answered every question I had. I didn't feel that he was rushing out of the room and seemed like my daughter's care was all that mattered. I really appreciated the time he spent with us.

I always worry about meeting a new doctor with my son because of his ADHD but Dr. Lempert was great with him. He also put me at ease with our situation and how we ended up from starting at TOA to being seen here. I would travel again from Murfreesboro to see him because he helps explain things to where you can understand in non medical terms. Vandy is amazing and they have the best doctors and nurses and staff!

Dr. Lempert is amazing and I am happy we got to see him. He addressed all our concerns, explained everything beautifully and made sure we understood. He interacted with my son who was shy and my husband through the phone call, he allowed us to have due to work schedule.

I did not feel rushed at all! He seems like an amazing doctor who actually cares for his patients, will definitely recommend. He also didn't make me feel stupid while explaining things to me
