Caitlin provides a thorough exam, makes eye contact and listens to my concerns. I feel safe in her care- she answers my questions and I leave her office with a care plan in place and how to contact her with any new symptoms or changes to my exam

The PA said she would enter an order for one visit at the Dayani center to show technique for a few exercises that I could do at home. I had to call the clinic 2 times to check on the order because it wasn't placed

The PAs explanations were repetitive and confusing. She appeared to discount the significance of the issue that instigated my visit, instead relying primarily on information from a visit 2 years ago. I was not reassured by her examination or interpretation.

Caitlin was relaxed and seemed unconcerned about rushing through my telehealth appointment. She was so easy to talk to and I felt she gave direct and honest opinions regarding my concerns.
