Caitlin SCOFFED at me when I said I have foraminal spinal stenosis like she disagreed with that -- IT IS ON MY MRI FINDINGS. She then started talking about how some people just have a low pain tolerance. She did not look at my history. She did not seem to care!! She then suggested I go to some pain management clinic. If she bothered to actually look at my chart, she would see that I have already tried TFESI, steroid injection, and PT!!! I have tried all of the conservative treatments. She was AWFUL and no one should be subjected to her dismissive and rude attitude!!

Caitlin was very nice and spent a good amount of time with me and answered my questions regarding my back issues.

PA had reviewed my record, listened to my concerns and did a complete exam baeed on concerns. She thoroughly explained what my previous X-rays showed and ordered further test to determine situation now. Thankfully she provided PE referral too!

She is a bit dismissive

I felt like the practioner asked me how I am feeling after surgery and my concerns. She listened to me and answered my questions. I felt cared for.
