It felt like Dr Lee was in a bit of a hurry. He answered all my questions but it just felt a little rushed. Like he wanted me to make a decision on the spot and I just felt rushed. I also felt like some of the questions at the beginning of the appointment made me feel like he didn't quite recall why I was there. I was very anxious about the appointment and had communicated via the portal a couple of times in advance so that just surprised me a little. He's a very nice man but it just felt a little impersonal and lacking in bedside manner for me.

Felt like I was on the defense ( this and previous visits), got angry about another providers advice and that clouded anything else that happened after that, made me feel stupid, didn't listen and I had to explain several times that what he was saying didn't apply to me then got mad when I pointed it out and made me feel like it was my fault that he didn't listen and wrote the wrong notes.

I really like Dr. Lee. He explained difference between hormone replacement and the use of hormone creams. I had confused the two

Dr. Lee is very professional and has a great bedside manner. He explains thing thoroughly.

Although Dr Lee has so many other patients, he spends time answering my questions and explaining my options. He's never hurried and he's always made me feel like I'm the only patient he has that day.

Asked a few complicated questions and was delighted to have them answered directly with a follow-up plan.

Dr Lee was phenomenal. One of the best doctors I have ever been to. He took a lot of time with me and explained thoroughly things that pertained to me. He is very articulate and brilliant.

Dr Lee is very well spoken, educated and up-to-date on his area of expertise with HRT. He took extra care to listen to me as an individual and not just a patient on his roster. I left the appointment feeling heard and well cared for and most importantly I left feeling like I have a true partner to navigate my complex medical history and current state.
