I think it's smart to have first appt an hour for new pts like myself because it's needed and doc today was amazing. It was very patient centered. And I was able to expressed my expectations. I just wished that epic systems with my images even the ones I pushed through PACS would have helped my doc be able to see the images in during our appt. I apologize for that. I thought it was done but I brought in the CD's too.
