I don't feel my care provider knows me or my health history well enough to make the best decision for my treatment. It always seems like she is meeting me for the first time every time and doesn't have time to look at my chart before entering the room.

Overall, I think this care provider is very knowledgeable and has a great personality/easy to talk to. I did feel like some of my concerns were minimized a bit but it's likely a part of their job to ease concerns. I do think there could have been more resolution/discussion on some topics and additional recommendations to address whole body issues related to preventative care. I did appreciate the time spent with me though and think that this is a good start to an ongoing relationship.

Felt like the appt was very rushed and just tried to get me out the door. Didn't even get to ask all my questions bc I honestly felt guilty for having any and keeping her. She seemed so busy and just didn't want to be there. I was very disappointed. Kept saying I should lose weight to help but I was there for thyroid issues. I asked to be referred to a specialist and will likely request a different doctor for my follow up.

Dr. Lawrence was very patient and thorough.
