Jessica had the bedside manner of a napkin. This was my first follow up post surgery and I was emotional and wanted my drains out. She tugged on the stitches in my skin and I informed her it was painful. She was not patient or kind with me. She stormed out of the exam room while my bare chest was still exposed and the curtain in the exam room was not closed. I am disappointed in her lack of empathy.
